Pet hoarding has to be made a felony! And if the conditions are like a concentration camp, there has to be mandatory jail time! For every pet that is put down after being rescued due to the hoarder’s home conditions, the criminal’s jail or prison term should be increased.

Plea bargaining and weak laws are letting these criminals get away with pet murder! They just go back to hoarding like child molesters–they cannot be cured!

This has GOT to end! New Yorkers, wake up to what’s happening in your state! Other states have toughened their laws, why not NY?
