With Trump Moving Left On Immigration And Breaking His Campaign Promises, Some Conservative Voters Are Planning To Write-In Ann Coulter For President

By Dave Levine

Anti-Trump Conservatives can stay home on Election Day or they can write-in their favorite law-and-order Conservative columnist such as Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, Tucker Carlson, etc. Coulter has been especially tough on Trump on Immigration and Carlson is moving in that direction. Columnist Daniel Horowitz has also been tough on Trump on Immigration AND Jailbreak (his signing The First Step Act). Of these, Malkin has shied away from criticizing Trump.

None of these Conservatives are running for President but writing any of them in is the right of all voters. To those Trumpsters who claim that “A vote for a third party candidate or writing in someone else is a vote for Biden”, I say “Hogwash! Republicans pull this in every National Election. Proof that this accusation is fallacious, I live in CA which will always vote Democrat, so my write-in vote doesn’t hurt Trump! Moreover, I was never going to vote for Trump and I haven’t been a Republican since 1996, so that accusation doesn’t apply to me. The same is true of other Independent Conservative voters.

Those who claim that Republican voters who voted for Perot gave us President Bill Clinton seem to forget the fact that those voters weren’t going to vote for Old Man RINO Bush or Old Man Dole come hell or high water, so some of them voting for Perot weren’t a factor. The same goes for left-wing voters who vote for leftist/Green Party nominee Ralph Nader in Election after Election: these voters wouldn’t vote for the Democrat nominee. They’re Independent voters! The assumption that voters who vote third party would vote Republican or Democrat if there weren’t any third parties is ridiculous.
