U.S. Will Soon Limit Visas From 4 Countries–Cambodia, Eritrea, Guinea And Sierra Leone–For Their Refusal To Take Back Deported Criminal-Nationals

The above is my version of title by Matthew Lee and Jill Colvin at the AP.

At the bottom of their report, they state that there are 11 countries that won’t take back their criminal nationals: China, Cuba, Vietnam, Laos, Iran, Guinea, Cambodia, Eritrea, Burma, Morocco, Hong Kong and South Sudan.

They end their story with the following statement,

“It was not immediately clear why only Cambodia, Eritrea and Guinea were selected for the sanctions or why Sierra Leone, which was last identified as “at risk” for recalcitrance, was included.”

The Dave Levine Show sees this as “a slap on the wrist” to the above 4 named nations. Given the fact that there are (as per some news reports in recent months) some 25,000 Chinese spies in the U.S., one wonders why Trump hasn’t named China for this (refusing to take back their criminal nationals).
