This Independent Conservative Does Not Want Gorsuch To Replace Scalia

I don’t want Judge Gorsuch to be confirmed because I know that he’s not a true Conservative. Some are writing that Scalia wasn’t a true Conservative. I think that’s b.s.

Why is Gorsuch unacceptable? He defended/went to bat for a twice-deported illegal alien and won him a reprieve in the Gutierrez-Brizuela v. Lynch decision. Does that sound like a Conservative?

On this one decision alone, I cannot support Gorsuch. The fact that he attends a very left-wing church in left-wing Boulder, CO doesn’t help.

As brilliant as he may be, I’m hoping his nomination is stopped forcing Trump to go back to the drawing board and THIS time, pick an originalist!
