TGP Claims That A Guy Named Watkins Xerxes Is Suggesting That The Military Will Be Needed To Watch Over ‘A New Presidential Election’…But Where Is The Stomach In Congress For A New Election?
By Dave Levine from a post by Joe Hoft at The Gateway Pundit
ANYONE suggesting that there’s going to be “a new Presidential Election” held in the U.S.–even in just the 6 or 7 Battleground States where massive fraud was committed–isn’t playing with a full deck. There is no stomach for such an effort–certainly not in the Republican Party! Trump has already squashed the idea of a partial Martial Law. He won’t sign on to such an action, so why even mention it?
Calling the 2020 Election “a fraudulent election” would be stating the obvious. However, a new election isn’t going to happen.
The response choices are dwindling for the Trump Team and for 74 million Trump voters. We can hold huge protests and the Trump lawyers can file lawsuit after lawsuit but unless a miracle occurs on January 6th with VP Pence acknowledging only the Trump’s electors in at least three of the Battleground States, Joe Biden will be inaugurated on January 20th.
There MIGHT be some hope on the legal front. As Janita Kan reports from The Epoch News yesterday,
“The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society filed the lawsuit on Dec. 22 arguing that the state legislatures of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona were prevented from exercising their power under the U.S. Constitution to certify the presidential electors’ votes cast on Dec. 14. The group claims that a number of federal and state laws had unconstitutionally delegated the authority of state legislatures to certify these votes to state executive branches.
The defendants in the lawsuit include Vice President Mike Pence, both houses of Congress and officials from the five battleground states. It was filed on behalf of voter rights organizations and voters from the five states.
The lawsuit seeks to declare sections of federal and state laws that delegate the post-election certification power to state executives as unconstitutional. It also asks the court to prevent Pence, who will be counting the Electoral College votes, and Congress from counting votes from Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin until their state legislatures are able to meet to certify the votes.”
Will Pence–who is overseeing the Jan. 6th Joint Session–stab himself and the President in the back by counting Biden’s slate of electors in the 6 or 7 fraud-heavy states or will he do the right thing and count only Trump’s slate of electors?
So many questions and so little time…
