Stop Playing The Semantics Game

I agree 100% with Glenn and have written about this and spoken about it on my show.

The double-layered fence stops 97-98% of intrusions. Granted, some of the mountainous terrain in AZ and New Mexico doesn’t allow certain kinds of fencing but all that can be worked out with other kinds of fencing and security.

A wall isn’t needed. The double-layered fence is what is needed!
