Stanford Will Upset #9 Notre Dame On The Farm, Love Will Be Unstoppable

There’s no doubt that Notre Dame is a good team. However, Stanford has been their nemesis over the last four times the teams played at Stanford Stadium. The last time Stanford faced a #9 team–Washington, three weeks ago–they upset the Huskies.

Tomorrow’s game will showcase two good running teams–one with a Heisman candidate.

Bryce Love has been nursing a bad left ankle yet he still gained 101 yards and a 57-yard touchdown runlast week against Cal before Coach David Shaw took him out.

The game tomorrow will hinge on what defensive team Stanford puts on the field tomorrow–a punishing defense that challenges or swiss cheese with holes in the defensive line big enough to drive a semi thru.

The Washington-Washington State game airs at the same time, so Stanford won’t know if they’re going to be Pac-12 North Champs until near the end of their game.

Look for Stanford to find a way to win this game which will be a battle.
