South Dakota Governor Noem Says GOP Has Failed To Tackle Immigration But Doesn’t Explain: Is She Pro-Amnesty Or Anti-Amnesty?
By Dave Levine
I’ve looked everywhere online and can’t find ANYTHING on Governor Kristi Noem’s position on Amnesty and Immigration in general. She had a bill to try to get around the horrific SCOTUS Zadvydas v. Davis decision where a once-Conservative-now-RINO Justice Sandra Day O’Connor broke the tie in that 5-4 ruling. The decision forces the federal government to release dangerous alien murderers back into our communities when after 6 months, their home countries (like China, Pakistan, Cuba and others) won’t take them back.
While I admire Governor Noem for trying to get around Zadvydas, she failed to offer what I wrote about some years back about “The Parachute Option” and “The Boat Option” which I believe would solve the problem.
The Governor isn’t happy with the GOP on Immigration. She should spell out exactly what it is that she’s unhappy about!
