Administrative warrants MAY be the answer for some Sheriffs. We’ll have to wait and see. This fear of lawsuits by the ACLU and other left-wing groups is understandable.

But getting any pro-enforcement ruling from the SCOTUS will have to wait until Gorsuch is confirmed by the full Senate.
