Sacramento Leftists Want To Decriminalize Knowingly Giving HIV To Others, Claim The Laws Against It Keeps Carriers From Getting Checked

These people are as sick as they are disgusting! Knowingly infecting people with HIV is currently a felony and it must stay that way. These pukes want to make it a misdemeanor or no crime at all.

Then they lie when they state, “These laws deter people from getting checked.” Oh, really? Homosexual men aren’t necessarily reporting they are infected with AIDS with or without the laws on the books! Their behavior (irresponsible, dangerous sex) is the problem. They’re going to do what they do and no law is going to stop them.

This “story” is a one-sided bunch of nonsense! Shame on the AP for getting behind (no sick pun intended) such a report!
