Putting A Face On ‘The Gang of Four’ Amnesty Monster: HR 4760, Goodlatte’s DACA Amnesty Bill

NumbersUSA posted this comparison of The Gang of Six Amnesty (Graham, Flake and Durbin et al) and The Gang of Four House Amnesty, HR 4760. NumbersUSA likes The Gang of Four bill as does CIS. NumbersUSA was instrumental in stopping the 2006 and 2007 Amnesties of Ted Kennedy and John McCain. The Gang of Four bill was authored by Reps Goodlatte, Labrador, McSally and McCarthy–all of them RINOs.

What HR 4760 does is cut out the heart of President Trump’s 70-point Immigration Plan, keeping just 3 items from it but expanding one of them (I disagree with NumbersUSA on this)–chain migration. Trump’s Plan would END chain migration. HR 4760 allows spouses and children in making the 3.6 million Amnestied to over 10 million Amnestied. This is the second major problem with HR 4760 along with kicking the DACA problem down the road 3 or more years.

The other problem with HR 4760 is (like Lamar Smith’s HR 3711 Mandatory E-verify bill) its E-verify provision gives employers TWO YEARS to comply. That is ridiculous! E-verify needs no “phase-in time”!

But the major problem with HR 4760 is it sends “a green light” to those in Central America and Mexico seeking to live in the U.S. It will massively increase the Invasion from Mexico, mostly into Texas. Already, hundreds of thousands of illegals are being housed along the Texas border by the BP and thousands more are breaking in. The Gang of Four bill will ramp up the Invasion by giving “a green light” to would-be illegals across the Border.
