Pro-Illegal Alien Org LULAC Files Suit Against SB 4 With Liberal Texas Federal Judge Garcia, Calling it ‘Unconstitutional’

This was expected. The anti-Border left hates enforcement laws, period. They also hate laws that expose criminality in our country like 1070 and now SB 4.

Illegal aliens are criminals. There is no place for them in our society.

The Fifth Circuit would hear the appeal by the state if Garcia agrees with LULAC. The Fifth Circuit is a Conservative court which bodes well for SB 4.
