Perp Tries To Assassinate PA Judge But Judge Shoots Back, Suspect Shot Dead By Probation Officer, Judge Out Of Surgery, Will Be Okay

A more detailed version–showing the black would-be assassin Nathaniel Richmond, 51 and his extensive criminal history–can be seen here by Julian Routh at The Post-Gazette. Richmond had been stopped earlier yesterday morning by officers on a traffic violation. Judge Bruzzese was shot in the chest at point-blank range and as far as we know, wasn’t wearing a bulletproof vest.

Kudos to Judge Bruzzese for defending himself against an assassin who would have killed him!

More proof that citizens IN ALL STATES must be allowed to carry concealed weapons!
