One Wonders Why The Packers Didn’t Learn Anything From Their Last Humiliating Loss To The 49ers
By Dave Levine
I wanted to see a good game. Instead, the Green Bay Packers should have forfeited the NFC Championship Game so that they wouldn’t have embarrassed themselves again as they had a month earlier in Santa Clara.
One wonders why the idiot coach running the Packers offense called side-way passes that caused them to go backwards instead of forward. One wonders why QB Rogers didn’t get rid of the ball more quickly as he’s done for decades. One also wonders why the Packers defense has little or no pass rush. And one wonders why their young punter “choked”, shanking an important kick from (that’s right) the goal line. In football, if you don’t “stretch” the opposing defense, you’re in for a long day. Side-way passes guarantee you a loss every time.
Whoever planned this game for the Packers should be fired because they’re too good a team to hand a win to any team, even the 49ers.
One wonders also how the 49ers stayed under the salary cap with all the players they signed. Seems to me that should be looked into.
Perhaps Kansas City will come to play in The Stuper Bowl. The Packers clearly did not.
