North Carolina Republicans Conspired To Limit Early Voting To Keep Blacks From The Polls

Is this a fact? I tend to trust Reuters even though they are a liberal news org.

If true, this should motivate blacks in NC to go to the polls on Tuesday. The polls are open after work, so that shouldn’t be a problem.
