The Magnificent Mile Mall not-so-magnificent today! Black looters/rioters allowed to destroy and vandalize property. Flash mobs have been allowed in Chicago for years. This was a massive mob that was well-rehearsed and staged.

Those arrested will probably be let out of jail and the looting will continue.
