New York Governor Andrew Cuomo Pardons 18 Illegal Aliens Up For Deportation To Try To Shield Them From Feds

The federal aiding and abetting law–Title 8, USC 1324–is clear: local governments cannot harbor or aid and abet illegal aliens.

Gov. Cuomo (and CA Gov. Brown) are trying to shield criminal illegal aliens from deportation. That IS “aiding and abetting”!

So the question becomes, “Where is AG Sessions and why isn’t he indicting these lawbreaking Governors?”
