Mark Levin Gives Lecture On ‘How We Allowed Illegal Immigration To Take Root In The U.S.’ But Won’t Explain His Supporting The RINOs Who Helped Bring It

Mark Levin is a hypocrite of the first order. He blames Democrats for illegal immigration and while it’s true that back in the early 1950s, Congressman LBJ back and his fellow Texas ranchers had a lot to do with bringing in the Braceros and later gave us the 1965 INA once he became President, the Invasion largely started after the 1979 Special Order 40 and after the 1986 Reagan Amnesty. Moverover, the massive influx of illegals occurred under G.W. Bush from 2000 on. The Republicans “owned” Congress during six of Bush’s years but instead of stopping the Invasion, they EXPANDED it by trying to ram Amnesty back down our throats in 2006 and 2007. G.W. Bush pushed for Amnesty from Day 1 of his presidency.

Levin also fails to mention the fact that while the new Democrat House under Pelosi defunded The Secure Fence Act in January 2007, they had help from RINO Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison.

Levin also fails to mention the fact that the Chamber helped write parts of our Immigration bills which became law, bills with loopholes so big you can drive a semi thru them. The word “knowingly” is one of the key words in Immigration law inserted by big business with the blessings of both Ted Kennedy and his RINO brethren, folks like John McCain. Another was federal law that prevents employers from checking the Immigration status of his/her employees.

CR’s Jordan Schactel writes glowingly of Mark Levin in his piece today but it doesn’t fool ME one bit. Levin continued supporting RINOs for reelection in 2016 and he came out for Trump as well. If Levin was a true Conservative, he wouldn’t have done so. He was “late for the train on illegal immigration” and was never part of the anti-Invasion movement.

Levin is, as we know, a Republican first.
