Louisiana State Rep. Valarie Hodges Proposes HB 135 Which Mandates Police, Magistrates To Record All Illegal Aliens In Custody/Incarceration, Prevents Sanctuary Policies And Holds State Government Accountable If Not Compliant

State Rep. Valarie Hodges is proposing HB135. In short, it mandates police and magistrates to record on file all illegal aliens going from custody to incarceration, keeps state agencies and other governmental subdivisions from creating sanctuary policies, and last but not least- it holds government entities accountable by loosing all general fund appropriations and any grant rights from the state government in the even they are not compliant.

I’m hoping anyone who is free can and will go to the capital and fill out a green card in support of this bill next Wednesday morning.
