Question: Was Paddock an ISIS convert or just a rich nutjob? He was a millionaire, avid gambler who had just sent his Filipino gal friend $100,000 in Manila.

ISIS has taken credit for the massacre.

Time for Las Vegas and in particular, Mandalay Bay Hotel, to tighten up security though it will a little late for those who died in this massacre.

My advice to cities holding concerts: Make sure they are either held inside and if outdoors, be sure no tall structures are nearby where a shooter can shoot at concertgoers.
