Kansas Sec. Of State Kris Kobach Leaves 2-Hour Meeting At Trump Tower

This is Kobach’s second meeting with Trump that we know about since November 8th. Trump hasn’t named a DHS Chief yet.

My gut feeling is Kobach will get a deputy position in the Trump Administration related to Immigration. I highly doubt he’ll get the DHS Chief position as that person will have to go along with Trump’s Amnesty plans.

Why Kobach would want to have anything to do with Trump is beyond me. Trump has been pushing “touchback” Amnesty for a long time now.
