Justice Kennedy To Retire; Trump Vows To Nominate A Conservative From His 2017 List Of 25 Judges; A Conservative Justice Will Make The SCOTUS 6-3 Conservative

Added to the list are 5 names but only one of them, Amy Barrett, appears to be a Conservative. Judge Barrett clerked for Justice Scalia.

Of the other 20 names, William Pryor is the most Conservative. He was on Trump’s short list before he selected Gorsuch.

Pryor or Barrett would be awesome selections!

Justice Ginsberg has been in poor health, so it is rumored that she will retire after Kennedy, meaning another nomination from Trump.
