Judicial Watch Obtains Document Proving Travis County Sheriff Hernandez Denied 204 ICE Detainer Requests And Released Dangerous Illegal Alien Felons Into Community

These illegals were charged with or committed the following:

31 acts of violence

14 thefts or burglaries and

3 acts or threats of terrorism.

44 of the denied requests were for inmates originally detained by Homeland Security and temporarily transferred to Travis County (home to the state capital in Austin) for disposition of state or local charges.

Question: Why do Americans who commit these crimes have to face a judge but illegal aliens are released to commit more of these crimes or sneak back to Mexico?

Because the left–which includes idiot Sheriffs like Sally Hernandez (Austin) and Ed Gonzalez (Houston)–sees them as “a protected class of people”.
