Judge Moore Says He’s Against DACA Amnesty But Doesn’t Say What He Thinks Should Be Done About DACA Illegals

In John Binder’s report at Breitbart, he quotes Judge Moore here:

“DACA is wrong,” Moore continued. “DREAMer is wrong. We need to look at the RAISE Act … the Reform of American Immigration for a Strong Economy. We need to look at vetting these people coming into our country. And pick people that are going to do something for our economy. That’s what Jeff Sessions says.”

“I think we can take care of DACA very easily,” Moore said. “By turning them to the RAISE Act. Pass the RAISE Act in Congress … then we can let [in] the most qualified. A lot of the people on DACA simply aren’t qualified. They haven’t been asked the questions about their entry and where they stand on things. It’s been family-oriented.”

First of all, the RINOs and the Chamber aren’t going to let The RAISE Act pass.

Secondly, THEY’RE ALREADY HERE, the illegal DREAMERs! Judge Moore doesn’t say what the U.S. should do with the 800,000 illegal alien “DREAMERs”. If DACA is illegal and unconstitutional, then those illegals should be deported. But Judge Moore doesn’t say that.

Third, when he says “They haven’t been asked about their [illegal] entry”, the fact is these DACA illegals were smuggled in with their illegal alien parents (who are still here–some 2 million of them if both parents are here). Some may have broken in on their own. IT DOESN’T MATTER “HOW” THEY GOT IN, IT ONLY MATTERS WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THEM NOW THAT THEY’RE HERE!

Someone should ask Judge Moore what he believes should be done about DACA illegals. Passing the RAISE Act won’t deport the DACA illegals. Trump clearly wants to Amnesty them as do the RINOs and Democrats in Congress.

There are only three (3) possibilities of action by DHS, Congress and the President regarding DACA illegals:

1) Deport them,

2) Amnesty them or

3) Let them stay as illegals without being deported in “illegal limbo”.

There IS no “middle ground” for DACA illegals!
