Is Virginia Republican Congressional Candidate Denver Riggleman A Conservative Because He Wants To Join The House Freedom Caucus If Elected Even Though The HFC Is Run By RINOs And Has Only A Few Conservative Members?

As a true Independent Conservative, I give credit where it’s due and that includes admitting I was wrong about a candidate for office–IF I am wrong! Most of the time, however, I’m right because the measuring stick I use for determining whether a candidate is a Conservative or a RINO is a proven one and that “stick” is illegal immigration, more specifically, Amnesty. I also have a knack for exposing faux Conservatives who are really RINOs-in-Conservative-clothing. Call it “a sixth sense”!

I’m not certain that I’m wrong about Republican candidate Denver Riggleman whose running for shamed Rep. Tom Garrett’s seat in Virginia, so let’s see what we can find out about him online. By the way, the VA Republican Primary is June 12th.

First, Riggleman’s campaign site is down which is NOT a good sign! There’s no way to know where he stands on the issues! So, I went to his Facebook page but there’s no Issues section there!

Breitbart writer Sean Moran doesn’t use the word “Conservative” once in his piece on Riggleman titled “Exclusive–Denver Riggleman Pledges to Join the Freedom Caucus, ‘Going to War’ for Liberty, the Middle Class”. That alone should set off warning bells in Conservative readers’ heads!

Who is Riggleman trying to replace? His buddy, Rep. Tom Garrett. Garrett has resigned, stating “I’m an alcoholic” but stories lately from his staff about he and his wife ordering his (congressional) staff to do household chores and errands (which IS NOT part of their duties and would have gotten Garrett in trouble with the House Ethics Committee) is more likely the reason for his resignation.

If you visit Riggleman’s Facebook page, there doesn’t seem to be one mention of illegal immigration, law and order or more specifically, Amnesty. How do we know where this candidate (who looks like Billy Jack heavy, actor Bert Freed) stands on Amnesty, Sanctuary Cities and H-1B visas?

I’ve written this and talked about this many times. I cannot get behind a Republican candidate or even an Independent candidate who avoids illegal immigration as an issue or has nothing about it on his website. Far too often, businessman-candidates like Riggleman want voters to think that they are “Conservatives” when in fact they are RINOs–Chamber shills.

That Riggleman wants to join a group of House RINOs if elected doesn’t endear him to me. I have found over many years of checking out candidates that the real or true Conservative ones wear their anti-Amnesty positions “like badges of honor”, that don’t shy away from the subject. Some Republican candidates try to sound “conservative” by using what I call “Republican boilerplate” phrases and terms like “we have to secure the Border” and more recently, “Sanctuary cities are wrong”. Others try to avoid “the D word”–deportation–by not saying what they would do about the 50 million-plus illegal aliens in the U.S. HFC leaders Rep. Mark Meadows and founder Rep. Jim Jordan are pro-Amnesty RINOs, NOT Conservatives. If you look thru the list of 31 HFC members, the only Conservatives are Rep. Andy Biggs, Rep. Dave Brat, Rep. Mo Brooks and Rep. Paul Gosar. Yet, even Rep. Brat has joined Rep. Meadows and Rep. Jordan in supporting The Gang of Four Amnesty bill!

That’s the $64,000 question that RINO candidates try to avoid so as not to lose Chamber donor money and Conservative votes–what to do with the 50 million-plus illegals. And THAT issue I believe is where the RINO rubber meets the Conservative road–that CRIMINALS MUST NOT BE REWARDED FOR BREAKING THE LAW!

Amnesty–what Congress is about to give millions of illegal aliens–is exactly that!
