In A Decision That Benefits CA’s Independent Contractors, Superior Court Judge Rules CA Gig Economy Law ‘Prop 22’ Unconstitutional

NOW, does this ruling ONLY apply to Lyft and Uber drivers but not to other Independent contractors, those many millions of Independent contractors (like me) who are not “employers” when we subcontract out work here? It should apply TO ALL CA INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS!
