This is an excellent and important piece by Gibbs (whose talk show on the Constitution is heard where mine is–on KMET 1490 AM (Redlands, CA)). His only mistake was in referring to 1070 as “SB 1050”.

The Supremacy Clause is what this is all about. Federal agents can swoop in and arrest city leaders who enforce the illegal and unconstitutional “Sanctuary ordinances” which keep local police from enforcing the law.
