Immigration Crackdown Heats Up For Border Jumpers And H-1B Indian Tech Worker-Overstayers

The above is my version of title by AFP.

If Sessions and ICE are ramping up going after the H-1B visa overstayers, that is awesome news! However, these mostly Indian nationals seem to get extensions of their visas. If their visas have run out, then they are working illegally or if not working are living here illegally. They have broken their agreement with the federal government.

It has been estimated by experts that 40% of all illegal aliens are visa overstayers. DHS/ICE and the DOJ have A LOT of work to do!
