If You Want To Find Out If A Republican Candidate Is A RINO Or A Conservative, Go To Their Issues Page, If They Have One

It’s pretty easy to find the RINOs. They either have no Issues page (for fear of exposing their RINOism) or they have one and Immigration is either not listed or if it is, it’s pure Republican “boilerplate”.

I saw today that a Michigan State Rep. is running for Governor–a Republican named Patrick Colbeck. I’ve never heard of him. So I went to his Issues page on his reelection site (not the one he’s running for Governor on–it has no Issues page) and guess what? Immigration–one of THE most important issues in the nation and the one Trump got elected on–isn’t listed!

What does that tell us? It tells me that either 1) Immigration isn’t an important issue for Colbeck or 2) he doesn’t want Conservative voters to know he’s a pro-Amnesty Open Borders RINO.

Which is it? Well, let’s look at his background. Maybe that will give us a clue.

He’s an aerospace engineer. They tend to be pro-military but not necessarily law-and-order and not necessarily Conservative. On Healthcare, he boasts of Michigan’s “Patient-Centered Care Solution”. He seems to think that the objectives of Obamacare–including the need to insure EVERYONE including those who can’t afford healthcare or have preexisting conditions–is doable. To me, that’s pure fantasy. These are two reasons why Obamacare failed.

No clue as to where he stands on Immigration, legal and illegal (Amnesty) but I’ll bet you he’s against the wall/fence and is pro-Amnesty for the 50 to 70 million illegals here. Where does he stand on birthright citizenship and document fraud? What are his solutions for dealing with black “flash mobs” that terrorize Milwaukee, Chicago and other cities close to Michigan?

If Republican candidates like Colbeck want to get Conservative support, they need to tell folks their positions on law and order issues like illegal immigration and flash mobs. Silence is NOT an option!
