The man is deportable. He did nothing to change his status (returning to live in Mexico, then applying for legal entry)–he just stayed here illegally. He may have married an American in part to try to make himself “legal” but our Immigration laws don’t work that way unless you are Jeb Bush (who married an illegal alien woman).

I say, “Deport his ass along with the 50 to 70 million other illegals in our country!”
