Hardiman Is No Conservative

After reading Amy Howe’s piece on Judge Thomas Hardiman, the former taxi driver, I am of the strong opinion that Hardiman is no Conservative and should not be selected for the SCOTUS.

My guess is that Hardiman would be another Justice Kennedy, siding with the left on immigration and death penalty issues.

Trump has added Hardiman to the short list, now of 4.

It’s pretty clear to me that Trump isn’t going to pick Amy Coney Barrett. If he was, he wouldn’t have added Hardiman. Because of Hardiman’s liberal rulings, he should sail thru the confirmation process.
