Governor Jerry Brown Signs Bill Decriminalizing Prostitution For Minors
A horrible bill now signed into law by our leftist Governor, the man who gave millions of illegal aliens driver’s licenses. In my opinion, the government cannot make prostitution “legal” for one age group (minors) and “illegal” for another group (adults).

This is what I found when I did a search on it, not related to children I don’t suppose
“Under California prostitution law, a lewd act requires physical contact of a sexual nature, sexual conduct, or sexual intercourse between two people. It also is a crime to solicit prostitution, such as offering to pay money for sex, or to pander prostitution (activity commonly referred to as “pimping”).
