February 2017 Report On The Navy’s Warplanes: 2/3s Cannot Fly, Mostly Due To Lack Of Money; Also, No Money To Repair/Build Warships

Question: How can the U.S. go to war with two thirds of the Navy’s fighters grounded?

Maybe the Air Force planes are all functioning well and can make up for the Navy jets not being ready. But, why would the Navy jets and not the Air Force’s jets have problems?

I need answers to these questions and I’m going to get them!
