DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen Slams Federal Judge’s ‘Offensive’ Comments, Declares DACA Unconstitutional

What a change from her November 8, 2017 statement before the Senate Judiciary Committee in her confirmation hearings where she said “We OWE DACA [illegal aliens] Amesty!”

She may still believe this, but saying that DACA is unconstitutional means that she as DHS Chief can ignore that “memo” from 2012.

Anyway, it seems to be a turnaround for a cabinet member I referred to as “a Bushie”. Perhaps I was mistaken as was Breitbart and others who reported that.
