December 11, 2019: House Quietly Passed Farmworker Amnesty Bill (Formerly HR 4916) With A New Title Number, HR 5038, 260-165-1-5 With 34 RINOs Voting For It; Would Amnesty Millions Of Illegals Including Those Who Only Temporarily Worked In The Fields Before Absconding To U.S. Cities And Burbs To Take Construction And Other Jobs From American Workers

The above is my version of title by Daniel Horowitz which he called “Senate Republicans Looking To Repeat 1986 Amnesty, Seek Support From Trump, Sources”.

Many thanks to Daniel Horowitz at Conservative Review for clearing this confusion up this morning in his column and for writing such a detailed piece on what this horrible bill would do and for including a link to the final vote on HR 5038!

NOW I see why “the confusion” over HR 4916! The sneaky House Dems (Lofgren) changed the bill’s number (which had failed to get out of committee on November 15, 2019) to HR 5038 which passed on December 11, 2019. Richard Viguerie was right in his post on February 13th at Conservative HQ that the Dems had passed the Amnesty bill but he was wrong in leading his readers to believe that HR 4916 had passed–it was HR 5038 that passed!

Check out the HR 5038 link above.

Here are the 34 House RINOs who not only voted for this massive Amnesty, but who will almost certainly vote for a General Amnesty next year (although some of the 34 have announced their retirement at the end of this year). Note that 8 of the 34 signed the infamous Discharge Petition in the Spring of 2018 in an attempt to force Amnesty thru without going through a full House vote–Amodei, Diaz-Balart, Fitzpatrick, Hurd, Katko, Reed, Stefanik and Upton:

Amodie, Baird, Bost, Brooks (NY), Cole, Cook, Davis (Rodney), Diaz-Balart, Fitzpatrick, Fulcher, Herrera-Beutler, Hurd, Joyce, Katko, King (NY), KInzinger, LaMalfa, McKinley, Mitchell, Newhouse, Nunes, Reed, Rodgers (WA), Shimkus, Simpson, Smith (NJ), Smucker, Stefanik, Stivers, Thompson (PA), Tipton, Upton, Walden and Young.

Now we come to the place “where the rubber meets the road”: Now that this bill has passed the House, will Senate Republicans have enough votes to stop it if three RINO Senators (Tillis, Lankford and Graham) are championing it and trying to push it thru? Will McConnell allow it to get to the Senate floor in a General Election year where Conservative anger over Trump’s signing this Amnesty bill could very possibly cause what I’ve called “a threepeat” of 2008 and 2012?

Passing a massive Amnesty bill in the Senate will mean almost certain loss of that body by the GOP. Trump signing a massive Amnesty bill will almost certainly cost him his reelection, Bernie Sanders notwithstanding. You can only stab voters in the back so many times before they make you pay for that betrayal. How will Trump be able to tell his supporters, “Trust me!” after stabbing them in the back by signing this monstrous Amnesty bill?

And looming on the horizon next year is The Big One–a General Amnesty for 50 to 60 million illegals. All the b.s. about “the wall” won’t mean a thing if the 50-60 million illegals are amnestied! If this farmworker Amnesty bill passes, look out for The Big One in February 2021!
