Daniel Horowitz Is Dreaming When He Says ‘Trump Can Be The Voice For The Forgotten Victims Of Crime’
By Dave Levine
“Sadly, Trump missed the opportunity he had to fulfill his promise to stand up for law enforcement by agreeing to the premise of the jailbreakers [by signing] The First Step Act. 2020 provides him with a fresh start to walk in Reagan’s footsteps and use that bully pulpit to push for important changes at the federal level.”
Does Horowitz believe that Trump can “undo” The First Step Act and put those 4,000 drug trafficking felons back behind bars? If he does, I have a bridge to sell him! And, morally speaking, how can the leader of the nation (who gleefully signed The Act with felons on either side of him) suddenly or even gradually become “the law-and-order President”?
It’s bad enough that Trump lied thru his teeth during the Campaign promising he would
-Deport all the illegals
-Build the 700 miles of “wall”
-Arrest and deport the illegal alien gangbangers (ICE has only deported 5,400 out of the FBI 2011 Threat Assessment figure of 1.4 million gangbangers in the U.S.; I believe illegals comprise two-thirds of all gangbangers in the U.S.)
-National Mandatory E-verify by EO
-Ending Chain Migration (He’s actually facilitated it by allowing the children of illegals already here to be brought in by other illegal alien adults, some of them gangbangers)
-Ending DACA on Day 1 (He had his chance but promised Obama on Inauguration Day he’d leave them alone)
But promoting and then signing the horrific First Step Act cost Trump the moniker of “The law-and-order President”! “Jailbreak Overseer-in-Chief”, yes! The First Step Act (aka “Jailbreak”) may even cost Trump his reelection.
