Why am I concerned about Colorado’s leftist Governor Polis (who was previously one of the worst leftist congressmen) getting rid of the death penalty with one swipe of his pen last May?

Because Syrian mass murderer Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa will not get the death penalty for killing 10 Americans in Boulder unless he is tried and convicted on federal charges which is unlikely.
