CA, MA And NV Pass Marijuana Legalization

Criminal behavior just got a boost last night as CA, MA and NV passed initiatives to legalize “recreational” marijuana. It passed with 54% of the vote.

This got started in CO and is spreading across the country. It is something The Dave Levine Show strongly opposes and will continue to oppose.

Marijuana is a proven “gateway drug” and has ruined the lives of millions who’ve used it. I personally have lost friends due to marijuana. I will oppose its legalization at the state level and at the federal level.
