Broward County Likely ‘Inspiration’ For Obama PROMISE Program To Report Fewer Arrests, Suspensions Of Black School Teens

The PROMISE Program is INSANE! It’s also patently ILLEGAL, giving a race (black school teen criminals) preferential treatment over other teens where the black teens avoid a criminal record, arrest and incarceration (and juvenile hall).

That this program was allowed in the first place makes me wonder why it wasn’t opposed by law and order orgs years ago.
