Breitbart’s Matthew Boyle Claims That Pastor Mark Harris Is A Conservative And He May Be Right, In Which Case Harris Is The Only Conservative To ‘Primary’ A Sitting RINO Congressman In 2018

Breitbart’s Matthew Boyle claims that North Carolina Pastor Mark Harris is a Conservative who just knocked out a sitting RINO, Rep. Pittinger in the May 8th GOP primary. If Harris is a bonafide anti-Amnesty Conservative, then Boyle is correct in his piece. Let’s see if it’s true.

Here is Harris’ Issues statement on Immigration from his campaign site:

“We need to build the wall and protect our borders. We need to enforce current immigration laws. We need to update our immigration laws to reflect the NEEDS of OUR country. Cities and/or states that aid, abet, induce or encourage violation of immigration laws (“sanctuary cities”) should be prosecuted by the federal government.”

Not bad! But where does Pastor Harris stand on Amnesty? There is NOTHING online on his position on Amnesty.

I am deeply skeptical of religious leaders running for political office. I’ve found that the only ones who are strongly anti-Amnesty are some Independent Southern Baptist ministers. All the rest want to bring illegals into their parishes. Sorry, but that doesn’t “cut it” for this Conservative voter!
