BP Agent Juan David Ortiz Arrested As A Suspected Serial Killer Of Prostitutes In Webb County, Texas

I’ve written and talked about this for years now–about DHS needing to hire only whites, blacks and Asian BP agents as they don’t have connections with the murderous Cartel. While Ortiz may not have had connections with the Cartel, other corrupt Mexican American agents HAVE had connections or have been blackmailed into committing smuggling for the Cartel after the Cartel threatened their families in Mexico. That “blackmail” would be non-existent with white, black and Asian American BP agents.

Latino agents are hired in part for their speaking Spanish fluently. There certainly are white Americans who speak fluent Spanish, but I don’t believe that that should be a requirement for BP agents.
