Some Questions: What scumbag judge let this bastard out of prison? Where is his parole officer? If he lived there, presumably under his real name, how (with 3 active warrants out for him) did authorities not arrest him before all this happened?

It is fortunate that none of the officers were hurt when they arrested Weldon and it is also a blessing that the woman in the car he had kidnapped wasn’t killed. He was pulled over for a taillight infraction and then arrested.

Apparently, MA doesn’t believe in putting these criminals away. They stupidly got rid of the death penalty. Blue states are really sick!
