Animal Lovers: The ALDF’s 2017 Rankings Are Out

The ALDF’s 2017 Rankings for the 50 states are out. These are rankings according to strength of animal abuse laws.

Kentucky remains at the bottom at #50–the worst. California moved up one to #3, one of the toughest. Pennsylvania (whose new animal abuse law authors in the PA legislature were guests on The Dave Levine Show last year) had the biggest move up the list–from #44 to #24. Illinois remains at the top.
