I want to thank Daniel Horowitz for clearing the air on The First Step Act final vote (although he failed to mention that the bill was initially passed by the House on May 22, 2018 and the final vote on December 20, 2018 which was very different than the initial vote.

In the initial vote, only 2 Republicans–Steve King and Bill Huizenga–voted against it. In the final vote, 36 Republicans voted against it including Conservative Reps. Biggs, Brooks, Gohmert, Gosar, Steve King and Posey. Idiots like Daniel Webster voted for it both times. The RINO Huizenga changed his vote to “yay” in the final vote.

President Trump signed National Jailbreak (IE The First Step Act) on December 21, 2018.
