33 States Have Pending Anti-Sanctuary City Legislation, 5 States Have Passed It Led By The Toughest Law, Texas’ SB 4

The above is my version of title by Paul Bedard at Washington Examiner.

If you take away the 5 states that have already passed an anti-Sanctuary Cities law, that leaves 28 states with pending legislation.

On the other side of the coin, at least 4 blue states (those controlled by Socialist Democrats)–led by CA, NY, WA and NJ–have refused to cooperate with ICE agents and CA is about to pass a law making it an official Sanctuary State.
