Chief Beck is in my opinion an incompetent and should be fired for allowing this to happen on his watch. Moreover, he’s pro-Special Order 40, an illegal ordinance that disallows police from asking suspects about their immigration status. He won’t allow police to enforce federal law. Special Order 40 gave us Sanctuary Cities. These are havens for illegal aliens, criminals!
